Lucy Lyle, founder of Perch, has had a long and storied career in multiple industries, culminating in her success as founder and CEO of the popular workplace goods company. Before founding Perch, Lucy Lyle, interned at an investment firm that would eventually become Lazard, the largest independent investment bank in the world. She also learned the ins and outs of supply chains while working for a tea company in Ecuador. Lucy Lyle went on to work at Google, where she worked selling ads to Google’s largest customers and later as a product strategist on a new product at Google’s Creative Lab, gaining skills that would serve her well as the founder of an eCommerce company like Perch.
